Free Initial Meet & Greet
Pick up/Drop off
Prior to confirming any booking, we will come and meet you and your dog. It's the perfect time to ask us any questions, have a thorough consultation and get to know us. It really helps to get as much information from you as possible so we can ensure happy dogs all round. We treat every dog as an individual which makes for very lovely walks. All dogs must be vaccinated, tagged and microchipped for their safety. Once we've done the Meet & Greet and all forms completed and returned to us, we are ready for the dog walking adventures to begin!
Please note we are unable to accept aggressive dogs or dogs with severe behavioural issues.
We have a pick up/drop off service. We do our best to clean muddy paws and towel dry your dog. We provide water on dog walks and treats if allowed. Owners are responsible for providing appropriate collar/harness and lead for their dog. Rest assured walks are varied every day to keep it fun and interesting.
Transport - dogs are securely and comfortably transported in a car using either a crate or harness seat belt. Rest assured our vehicles are cosy in the Winter months and cool in the Summer months. There's a First Aid kit in case of any mishaps and I'm Canine First Aid trained for any eventualities.

Photos & Reports
We understand that peace of mind is important which is why we send you pics of our dog walks so you can see your pup had a wonderful time. We will also give you a little report update on what your dog got up to during the walk and anything else of interest.
Dogs will only be walked off-lead with prior consent and at the discretion of the dog walker.
We aim to stick to schedule but sometimes muddy paws needing extra attention or traffic mean we might be a few minutes late but we will always keep in touch and let you know.
How does our Pet Visits service work?
For Pet Visits, you tell us your requirements and once the booking has been confirmed, we pop in on your pet on a pre-agreed schedule. We pop in once a day or twice a day, depending on what you've requested. We follow your instructions and provide plenty of care and attention to your pet. We stay for up to 30 minutes only and will send you a message at the end of the day to let you know how everything went. We especially enjoy puppy cuddles so this is the ideal service to book if you have a new furry addition to the family!
